"I'm ready to bring people together, solve problems, and deliver practical results that improve everyday life for the residents of Waverley West and all Winnipeggers. Waverley West has been my home for over 20 years. I've seen our community grow into one of the city's great neighbourhoods. Now, our priority is ensuring it remains strong, safe, and sustainable for the future.

Over the coming weeks I look forward to meeting you at your door, listening to your concerns, hearing your hopes for the future, and working together to build an even stronger city.” – Nafiya Naso

Councillor Janice Lukes Endorses Nafiya Naso as Next City Councillor for Waverley West

"I've worked with many community leaders over the years, but Nafiya Naso consistently stands above the rest. I've known Nafiya for 12 years and working side by side with her over the past year and a half - has only reinforced my belief that her leadership style, ability to connect with people across cultures, and determination to deliver results makes Nafiya the right choice to take on the very demanding role of City Councillor for Waverley West.

I fully endorse Nafiya Naso and encourage residents to support her as the next City Councillor for Waverley West.”  - Janice Lukes
